By accessing any mobile games or digital services provided by Vegas App, including websites, apps, or related content, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.
1. Definitions
Account – a personal user profile created to access and use the Services.
Support Service – assistance offered by Vegas App or authorized representatives to help users, available via the official support portal or email.
Services – all digital offerings provided by Vegas App, including games, websites, applications, and associated content such as text, graphics, audio, video, software, and intellectual property.
User – anyone accessing or using the Services, referred to as "you" or "your." Users who do not accept these Terms are not considered authorized users.
2. Eligibility and Use
Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. Users under 18 may only participate with verifiable parental or guardian consent. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated, with recent transactions refunded at Vegas App's discretion.

Users previously restricted or banned are prohibited from accessing the Services.

Vegas App may provide technical support, but downtime, maintenance, or interruptions are normal and do not constitute service failures.
3. Account Management
3.1 Registration
Users must provide truthful and current information, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
Third-party login options (e.g., Google, Apple) may be offered.
Guest accounts are limited to the device and may not retain progress if reinstalled.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and immediately report unauthorized access.
3.2 Rules
Multiple accounts per user are not allowed.
Accounts cannot be sold, rented, or transferred.
Accounts are for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.
Ownership of accounts remains with Vegas App; users are granted access for Service use only.
4. License
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to download, install, and use mobile game clients for entertainment.
This license covers only the client app; all in-game content, data, and backend systems remain Vegas App's property.
Mobile games are licensed, not sold. No ownership or derivative rights are conferred.
Licenses are valid until suspension or termination.
Unless restricted, games may be used worldwide.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and media are owned or properly licensed by Vegas App.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use the Services for purposes beyond what is explicitly allowed.
Anti-cheat, DRM, or other technical measures may be applied to protect intellectual property.
6. User-Generated Content
Users are fully responsible for any content they submit, upload, or share.
Vegas App does not pre-screen all submissions and cannot guarantee accuracy, legality, or quality.
Content must comply with applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and defamation regulations.
7. Testing and Beta Access
Vegas App may offer limited access to pre-release versions for feedback.
Testing access is personal and non-transferable.
All feedback, errors, screenshots, or gameplay details are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
Test versions are provided "AS IS"; progress or in-game items may not carry over to official releases.
8. Additional Terms
Confidentiality: Non-public information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Guest Accounts: Progress or purchases tied to a device may not be recoverable without a registered account.
Service Updates: Services may be modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued at any time without notice or compensation.
Account Enforcement: Accounts violating policies may be suspended or terminated; refunds or compensation are not guaranteed.
